Delete your account
You can delete your Talk Louder account and its data at any time. This cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- 1Open Talk Louder and go to the Profiletab.
- 2Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- 3Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details, your usage counters and your analytics profile are deleted straight away. What the app keeps on your phone (level, goals, tutor, saved words and remembered facts) is removed from the phone when you delete in the app; if you delete by email, uninstall the app or clear its data. OpenAI, our voice provider, keeps what it processed under its own rules.
Can't open the app?
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address on your account. We will confirm it is you and delete the account straight away.
