Terms of Use

By using Talk Louder you agree to these terms. Talk Louder is a voice tutor app for practising Spanish. It is run by Youssef El Beqqal [ADDRESS and COUNTRY].

You must be at least 4 years old to use Talk Louder. If you are under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live, use it together with a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.

You can start without signing up. You can add an email, Apple or Google sign-in to keep your progress. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Please do not:

• use the app to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or to break the law;
• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the app or our servers;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its content;
• share your account in a way that avoids the limits.

Your tutor is an AI voice, not a person and not a certified teacher. It can make mistakes, including in Spanish. Use your judgement, and do not rely on it for legal, medical or other professional advice.

Your conversations are processed by our voice provider to answer you. Please do not say anything you want to keep private.

Talk Louder is free to try today. Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, the price, billing period, renewal and how to cancel will be shown before you buy and added here. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow their rules.

You can delete your account at any time (see the Delete account page). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY].

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
